Join the She Recovers Community Art Exchange and make something — anything — from the heart: a doodle, a poem, a photo, a handmade card, a tiny craft, a short story. No specific medium or skill required. Just create with love and send it to your exchange partner.

The solstice is a time of reflection, light, and connection. This year, let’s brighten the season by creating something small and heartfelt to send to another woman in our She Recovers community.

Here’s how it works:

Sign up to join the exchange by May 10th.

You’ll be paired with a partner.

Create something — anything! A doodle, poem, collage, photo, painting, story, handmade card — whatever feels fun. No art experience needed.

Send your creation to your partner by (or near) the summer solstice on June 21st.

It’s about sharing light, beauty, and connection during the longest day of the year.
