I am so excited that you are interested in joining me this year for #the100dayproject. This will be my fourth year, and each year I am surprised, a little stressed, and ultimately in awe of what I create and the other magical benefits of committing to my own creative practice on a daily basis.
This project is for you, and you get to choose what you want to do, and how much you want to share. However, posting to Instagram is a fun way to overcome the fear of sharing, to keep yourself accountable, and to get lots of positive feedback that will keep you going and connect you with your community in new ways.
When you are brave and show your perfectly imperfect creative work, you give others the courage to as well. In the three years I have done this I have never received anything but encouragement.
Posting daily means that you have to overcome perfectionism, and there is always another chance to do better tomorrow. You learn to find time for yourself each day, and it becomes a habit.
